I cannot think of a better way to sell your property, given the current market conditions and demand for homes in particular markets! BuySelf is responsive, professional, and offered valuable tools in selling my home so that it would appeal to local buyers agents and be listed on the MLS and affiliate websites. I saved over $8,000 in real estate commissions, money that would have gone to a listing agent whose advantages are very minimal for the type of property I was selling and the area (certainly not worth a 2.5 - 3% commission, to me). Home sellers already need to approve their own showings, verify property information, close out accounts, and do all the hard work of staging, maintaining, packing, and improving the property - cutting out the "middle man" expedited communication between me and potential buyers/buyers agents, and I was not pressured to make certain home improvements prior to listing, list the home at a certain price point, host open houses, or do anything that took away from my goal of simply selling my home in a booming market. BuySelf Realty was absolutely amazing! Such a great company to work along side with. Their communication channels were incredibly fast and convenient. Their paper work easy to understand, and if you have any questions they are super helpful to reconcile issues. We were able to save 1000’s of dollars!!! Your team did an excellent job. This is our third time selling houses ourselves and this is by far the best experience out of the three.
