We arrange for a licensed agent to meet you the home buyer at the listing you would like to view, for the sole purpose of you viewing the inside of the home. While many of our buyers view properties by visiting open houses, or arranging a showing directly with the listing agent (caution, make sure the listing agent doesn’t ask you to give up the buyer agent commission or represent you), this is a convenient option for seeing a home listing.

Please note that the agent is not affiliated with our company, they are an independent agent tasked with opening the door and supervising the showing in line with Realtor/licensee rules. The agent is not allowed to solicit you to be their client. The showing agent is not to give any non-public information to the buyer at the showing. The showing agent’s only role is to allow the buyers to access the property and be with them throughout the showing. The showing agent is not to give an opinion of price, condition, or location. Showing agents may share public information such as the list price, square footage, and age of the home with buyers.
Canceled Showing Policy
When a Buyer cancels a showing more than 4 hours before the scheduled showing there will be no charge to the Buyer. When a Buyer cancels within 4 hours of the showing they will be charged full price and no refund will be provided. Please note: the showing availability can change unexpectedly until they confirm, and there is an unlikely but possible unexpected situations that could delay or cancel the showing at the last minute.
