How can it only be a low flat fee?

The seller does the other parts of the transaction with our professional guidance and support (scheduling showings, taking pictures, completing a property questionnaire, etc.) We can list properties without scheduling a meeting or visiting the property, using the telephone, email, fax, and mail. We are highly efficient, and the seller pockets the huge savings as a result–$8,072 on average.
